Description:

We’re gearing up to release the Diablo Hybrid (Triple Loop) bull bar engineered for the all-new 2026 Toyota Hilux (platform name N90 to be confirmed). Designed and engineered in Australia from lightweight aluminium with a robust steel winch cradle, it’s finished in our signature Luxe Matte Black Powdercoat. The triple-loop silhouette adds elevated frontal and headlight protection while retaining clean, modern lines.

• Triple-loop protection: centre, headlight and grille hoops deliver comprehensive front-end coverage.
• Lightweight strength: aluminium construction targets protection without excessive front-axle load.
• Luxe Matte Black: durable, UV-resistant finish for a refined, factory-plus aesthetic.
• Australian designed & engineered: development targeting world-class compliance standards.
• Construction: lightweight aluminium skins (5 mm) over a steel winch cradle and supporting brackets; approx. TBD kg (add ~5 kg with optional bash plate).
• Triple loops: welded centre hoop with matching outer hoops for headlight protection; clean weld presentation.
• Lighting options: provisions for dual driving lights or a 30" light bar (in-bar slot), plus auxiliary mounts for work/position lights.
• Antenna / accessory tabs: integrated tabs on the centre hoop (quantity and placement TBC).
• Factory systems compatibility: engineered to support parking sensors, front camera, and Adaptive Cruise Control (pending final testing).
• High-performance airflow: venting optimised to maintain cooling and A/C performance.
• Winch-ready: prepped for 12,000lb VIKOR INDUSTRIES VI WINCH  with accessible clutch engagement. 
• Recovery & serviceability: two rated recovery/tow points and two high-lift jacking points; service panels for easy access.
